1. 1. The manuscript shall be original work and unpublished.
2.  The manuscript should be in MS Word format
3. The body of the manuscript shall be in Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 Line Spacing. Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, size 10 single line spacing.
4. A uniform style of citation must be strictly adhered to while submitting the paper ( Bluebook / ILI / APA etc ) 
5. 5. Co-Authorship is permitted to a maximum of three authors.
6. Copyright over the published shall vest with IJAS.
7. Full Names of all the author(s), College - Institutional names, mail must be given.

The IJAS invites original, unpublished content from all academicians, authors, legal professionals, and from students across the globe under the following categories-

• Short Articles: (1500-2500 words, including footnotes) 
• Articles: 3500-4000 words
• Essays: 3000- 3500 words
• Case notes/comments: 2000-3000 words
• Book Reviews: 2000-3000 words

All the submissions submitted for the publication to IJAS must be plagiarism free. 

We may use any software to find out the plagiarism. But it is the duty of the contributors to assure the originality before the submission.

Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, or thesis) that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher.

Authors will be asked, upon acceptance of an article, to Transfer the copyright of the article to the Publisher. This will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information under copyright laws. The submitted materials may be considered for inclusion but cannot be returned.

A soft copy of the certificate of publication and a soft copy of the published paper would be given to the author(s).
