ABSTRACT
What is Environment? The term environment has been derived from a French word “Environia” means “to surround”. Thus, Environment refers to the environment or conditions during which an individual, animal, or plant lives or operates. It comprises of biotic and abiotic and energy component. All the living creatures on the earth are dependent on the environment in a number of ways. It acts as a life support system for the living beings. Definition of Environment: “Environment includes water, air and land and the inter-relationship which exists among and between water, air and land, and human beings, other living creatures, plants, micro-organism and property.”
