ABSTRACT

  

In this paper, we will discuss flexibility in the workplace from the employee’s perspective as well as from the employer’s perspective. In addition, we will discuss the benefit of being flexible at work. Also the importance of ‘smart work’ in this new era is being highlighted further in the paper.
